Quality under time pressure.

Signage for the World Trade Center, Zurich.

Modern, fresh, international: this was the aspiration of the new branding concept for the WTC Zurich. The multifaceted location lies in the heart of the prosperous north of the city of Zurich. It offers a suitable environment for all kinds of events.

The concept for the re-branding is based on the guidelines of the parent company WTCA (World Trade Center Association). The signage was implemented by Frontwork. For good reason: the signage specialist from Wallisellen is well known for supplying high-quality work to tight deadlines.

Outdoor signage and wayfinding inside

Thanks to its extensive experience, Frontwork was able to implement the re-branding to schedule, from the manufacture to the installation. This included the modernisation and redesign of the outdoor signage and the wayfinding inside the building. Exterior markings, steles with traffic management systems and an illuminated pylon with a glass front were used. The neon signs were converted to LED. Wall body constructions for monitors attract the attention of the visitors inside.

Ongoing optimisations and modifications characterised the implementation phase

It was well worth the effort: the modernised, striking and internationally oriented signage concept extends throughout the building, from the entrance to the toilets.

The example of the WTC clearly demonstrates that if specialists are at work, high quality, tight scheduling and a competitive price can be optimally combined. Concept: Designalltag Rinderer GmbH
