IT company picks up a head of steam in new offices

Top performance requires a good atmosphere at the workplace. According to the maxim “on the move and feeling good”, a leading IT company has picked up the theme of rail travel in its offices in Europaallee, directly by Zurich Main Station.

Frontwork set the stage for the rooms.

Frontwork set the stage for the rooms of the IT company with the stations LONDON, HAMBURG, MILAN, BRUSSELS, STOCKHOLM, VIENNA AND ZURICH. One of the four floors provides ample space for various restaurants and the reception desk. The staff particularly enjoy the “MIXIT” self-service station which offers glass storage containers filled with fresh herbs, lentils, beans and tea.

Everything at the respective station is in the local language and the original script of the respective country. The compartments and room signage are executed with pictograms, wall-mounted protruding signs and hanging signs. Panels in a matching design provide orientation in the stairways, corridors and lifts. Our team prepared custom-made design elements with letters on brushed steel plates secured with countersunk screws.

500 large and 500 small boxes in a left-luggage locker look.

In keeping with the station theme, Frontwork installed 500 large and 500 small boxes which look like left-luggage lockers for the storage of the employees’ personal items. Atmospheric foils with a beech forest theme, a sea chart of Hamburg or a screen with an SBB Logo provide attractive privacy protection on the glass walls of the meeting rooms. Wallpaper printed with a map of the IT company location can be found behind the reception desk and completes an impressive presentation.
