Information steles for Coop Restaurants.

Q: How can a restaurant inform its guests about the current menus and hits? A: Best of all directly by the entrance. Frontwork therefore designed and developed a sturdy and flexibly useable information stele for Coop Restaurants.

The easy handling and elegant design of the prototypes impressed the customer: 180 steles are already in use at 152 locations.

Coop Restaurants pay attention to the choice of ingredients and sustainable production. They use Swiss meat as well as Fair Trade products. Authenticity and quality are paramount. This should also be the case for the infrastructure: Frontwork therefore used oak from sustainable sources for the manufacture of the steles.

Production method

The steles can be used on both sides, are made of solid oak and have milled slots for six A4 and two A1 photo pockets. Everything is flush-fitted and held by magnets. Sturdy floor slabs of steel sheet give the steles stability. However, they are mobile thanks to integrated wheels.

The menus change every day and the placards can be easily exchanged. Promotions and hits of the week are also easy to communicate. The steles are easy to handle and can be moved by one person in spite of their solid construction.
