Wincasa, the leading real estate service provider in Switzerland, with a modern, dynamic and powerful image, which makes the self-confident role of the market leader come to life. The rebranding enhances the profile of Wincasa in a sophisticated, living environment, thereby successfully distinguishing the brand from its competitors.

From the concept to the implementation

Frontwork accepted the logistic challenge of individually refreshing the 19 branches and 6 shopping centres with the new corporate design. The respective site managers had a choice of various motifs, sizes and logos in all variants. The customer could rely on the wide variety of skilled trades and the extensive expertise available at Frontwork. This included LED illuminated signage, illuminated displays, room artwork, flapping flags and privacy films.

The same contact persons were always available to Wincasa during the whole process. the new look fully complies with the current corporate design of the market leader and has impressed the customer.
