Swiss Army Knives - one in white, the rest in red

The Swiss Army Knives – one in white, the rest in red – hang tightly clustered from the ceiling. They form a globe which symbolises the international market presence of Victorinox. The white knife stands for Switzerland and also for the home of the famous traditional brand.

The globe weighs 650 kilograms

The globe weighs 650 kilograms and measures over two metres in diameter.

The knives are attached to 764 cords

Patience and care were demanded in the manufacture and assembly: the knives are attached to no fewer than 764 cords of varying length. It is no wonder that Frontwork needed around 1900 person hours until the work of art was finished.
