Suvalino and Cavallino: eat, meet & more
A new look for the restaurants of the Swiss National Accident Insurance Fund (Suva)
A breathtaking mountain world combined with a hearty cuisine: this makes the lunch hour twice as enjoyable. The new catering service, short queues and a fresh look provide a pleasant atmosphere in the Suvalino staff cafeteria at the head office of Suva in Lucerne.
Positive reactions from employees and visitors
The marvellous view of Lake Lucerne served Frontwork as an inspiration for the implementation of the concept. The emotive picture reflects the view from the window and conveys a feeling of depth and warmth. Employees and visitors appreciate the harmonious subject matter, and there were positive reactions even during the assembly.
Feel-good cuisine - Sustenance for the soul - Nutrition for the nervous system
Large-scale wall foiling and pictorial panels appetizingly show what the heart desires. The “suvalino” sign is manufactured using real slate veneer. Hand-drawn illustrations implement the slogan “eat, meet & more”.

Frontwork also put its hand to the task in the Cavallino, the second Suva staff cafeteria. Coherent discussions are possible thanks to the acoustic wall panels. The transparent glass walls show subjects from the city of Lucerne. They create privacy and elegantly separate the dirty dishes collection point, the till and the lounge area from each other.
Frontwork struck the right note with the visitors. If the guests are satisfied, so is the boss. The working relationship with the customer was very cooperative and amicable.
